Delivery Update
Our delivery services are in operation. There are slight delays with some of our providers but you should receive your order as normal.
In light of the measures taken by AnPost to protect both staff and the community through staggered working hours and social distancing, they are now experiencing a delay in delivery of up to one day in some cases.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
While you are likely to receive express orders next working day - to avoid any disappointment, we can no longer guarantee our Express service as being Next Day.
We have included an up to date status on our checkout page for the most up to date delivery information.
If there is any change to collection or delivery services a communication will be issued to
inform customers.

We have extended our returns period for all customers who placed orders from the 1st of March by 90 days.
This will of course be reviewed and extended where necessary.
Please note that due to staggered shifts and limited personnel in our warehouse to maintain social distancing best practice - there will be a longer than usual delay in processing returns.
We will keep you updated with email notifications.

Operational Update
It is an unprecedented time we are living in at the moment and we fully understand our customers concerns.
As a business we have introduced many changes in the way we operate and the procedures our employees take to do our part to combat this virus. These include but are not limited to:
- Disinfectant protocols on entry and exit to our building.
- Regular hand washing and cleaning of workspaces and surfaces
- Strict social distancing policies
- All office and admin based staff are now working from home.
- Staggering shifts to reduce contact within our building
- Warehouse staff are limited to single person teams and isolated from each other in separate zones for picking, packing and processing returns.
